This was my first car accident so I was nervous about the whole process. I filed through a claim and John and his coworker made it an incredibly easy process. No extra fluff on the side, just got things done. Made sure I was informed about timeframe, they would call me promptly with updates. My car, my baby came out brand new again and I was so glad to have it back! Would absolutely recommend. The only downside is that you need to make sure you’re on top of making an appointment because they can get really booked.
